烤鱼,一种发源于重庆万州的特色美食,在流传过程中,融合腌、烤、炖三种烹饪工艺技术,充分借鉴传统川菜及川味火锅用料特点,是口味奇绝、营养丰富的风味小吃

做法:
1、将鱼收拾干净背上开两刀,撒盐、姜粉、料酒、胡椒粉,巴豆粉等几十味中草药 等调料给鱼做一下按摩,使之入味;
2、在鱼腹内填上葱片和姜片、加上巴豆粉 用于去腥;
3、用生抽、蜂蜜、调成酱汁刷在鱼上并均匀地撒上五香粉、孜然粉,烤箱180度预热4、将鱼放在烤网上置于烤箱中层,一个烤盘放在烤箱底层用于接住滴下来的油脂; 5、180度烤大约20-25分钟取出翻面,并在表面刷酱汁,再撒孜然粉、五香粉,转200度烤到鱼表面干爽即可

  『川味轩』还供应有十多种的四川小吃,也都是一开张就大受欢迎,据曹老板介绍其中卖最多的有成都汤包丶牛肉卷饼和刀削面,这里的刀削面有超过十种口味,并分汤面和热炒,风味非常地有特色。此外这里还有锅贴丶煎包丶煎饺丶手抓饼丶葱油饼丶锺水饺丶韩包子丶酱肉包丶豆沙包和炒手等各色的四川小吃,让您可尽情的选择更多道地的川味。
